Sohan was knocked out due to injury.

Despite losing the first match of the T20 series against Zimbabwe, Bangladesh returned to parity by winning the second match on Sunday. Bangladesh captain Nurul Hasan Sohan injured his left index finger while keeping this match. A post-match X-ray revealed a tear in that finger. Due to this the tour ended.

Physiotherapist Mujadded Alfa Sani, who is with the team, said that Sohan will not be able to enter the field during the tour. It takes about three weeks to recover from such an injury. So he will not be available in the last match of the T20 series and ODI series.

Sohan played a great inning of 42 runs off 26 balls even though the team lost in the first T20. Along with leadership, the team will also feel the lack of his batting.
