Mosaddek gifted Bangladesh a breakthrough by bowling in the opening over. He fall victim to Regis Chakava in the first ball of the over and Wesley Madhevere was caught on the last ball.

Coming to the bowling in the third over of the innings, Mosaddek forced captain Craig Ervine to take a catch on the third ball. Ervin returned with a catch in the hands of Liton Das with only 1 run from 4 balls. On his departure, Zimbabwe lost 3 wickets for 6 runs in 2.3 overs.

Mosaddek came to the bowling in the fifth over of the innings and took the wicket again. He caught Shaun Williams off the fourth ball of the over. Williams lost 4 wickets for 20 runs in 4.4 overs. Zimbabwe won the toss and decided to bat first in the second T20 of the three-match series. The match is being held at Harare Sports Club ground.

Chasing a target of 206 runs, Bangladesh lost by 17 runs in the first game of the series at the same venue. So if the match is lost today the Tigers will lose the series. As such, today’s match is a life-and-death battle for the Tigers.
