Rilee Rossouw made a surprise return to the national team after almost 6 years. England has been overwhelmed by the storm of top-order left-handed batsmen. South Africa beat England by a huge margin of 58 runs in his unbeaten innings of 96 runs off 55 balls.

The Proteas returned to a 1-1 tie in the three-match T20 series. South Africa posted a huge collection of 207 runs after losing 3 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs, batting earlier in the second T20 in Cardiff on Thursday.

Rossouw contributed the most to this collection. He shook the English bowlers alone. He scored 96 runs with 10 boundaries and five sixes before getting out, which is his career-best innings in T20. Besides, Reeza Hendricks played an innings of 53 runs off 32 balls.
In response, England couldn’t play their 20 overs under the controlled bowling of Tabraiz Shamsi.
