Virat Kolhi is back in team India and he smashed some exciting boundaries and played his traditional shots but could not convert his inning into a big total. He scored 52 runs for the partnership of the second wicket with Rohit Sharma. He had a total of 35 runs to his name on 34 balls with the help of three boundaries and one huge six. Ravindra Jadeja was also good with the bat and scored a crucial inning of 34 runs. He smashed two boundaries and the same huge sixes during his inning. Hardik Pandya proved match finisher for India against Pakistan. He scored 33 runs on just 17 balls and smashed four boundaries and one huge six. That was a key reason why he won the award of the man of the match.

Hong Kong is going to face India for the first time in their T20 cricket history. This is also their very first match of group matches of the Asia Cup.
