Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) made a big mistake before the start of the Bangladesh-England series. The tickets for the first ODI match of this series were printed with the wrong England flag. Along with the Bangladesh flag on the match ticket, the flag of England is that of the whole of the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is made up of various countries including England, Ireland, Wales, and Scotland.
England uses a flag with a red yoga symbol on a white background. England’s original image is also used on the website of cricket’s governing body, the ICC.

But BCB tickets are printed with the entire UK flag. This is not the first such mistake by BCB. Earlier in 2018 Bangladesh-Sri Lanka series ticket mistake. Although all the English spellings on this ticket are correct, there is an extra ‘N’ written after the ‘B’ in the Bangladeshi spelling. In 2021, the list of players in the Test series against Pakistan showed that Bangladesh’s name is written in Bangladesh! In the same series, the game was scheduled to start at 10 am but the ticket was reported at 10 pm. And this time they sat on the false flag.
